Sessions are confidential and I subscribe to the standards defined by ICF.  Your success is based upon your readiness for coaching and our open and honest dialogue.  Our relationship starts with scoping to define your goals and outcomes for the sessions.

Meeting online, typically involves six one-hour sessions over a course of 3-6 months, allowing time for you to act on the conversation.  After each session I may suggest ideas for future conversations or techniques to supporting your growth in reaching attainable outcomes.

 

Common topics around which I coach include; leadership, communication, sales, productivity, career progression, imposter syndrome and issue resolution.
